These terms apply to purchases paid in US dollars through Stripe. Purchases paid in rubles through Robokassa on the Russian pages of this site are made from the author under her public offer (youngface.online/oferta), with its own refund terms.
These terms apply to buyers outside Russia who buy YoungFace courses on youngface.online. By paying, you agree to them.

The courses are created by Maria Demidenko (Maria Rada, Instagram @yoga.maru). Daniil Shatilov sells them to buyers outside Russia under a licence from the author. Your contract and payment are with Daniil Shatilov.
We sell online video courses on face and body rejuvenation (face massage and gymnastics, taping, cupping, gua sha, yoga, breathing, meditation) and bundles of them.
Lessons are in Russian; some practices need simple tools (tape, gua sha, cups, oils), bought separately.
All prices are in US dollars (USD), paid once: no subscription, no repeat charges. Other card currencies are converted by your bank, which may charge a fee. Checkout shows the final price, including any promo code, before you pay. The charge appears on your card statement as YOUNGFACE* followed by the product name.
Discounts and promo codes. A discount or promo code applies only if it is shown at checkout before you pay. Each offer states its end date. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer unless the offer says so. The refund policy in section 5 applies to discounted purchases in the same way.
Through this checkout we sell only the video courses listed on this page. The masters course with live Zoom sessions and one-to-one coaching are not sold here.
Stripe processes payments on a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) page. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, and never see your full card details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
Right after payment, and no later than 24 hours, we send your access details by e-mail to the address you gave at checkout and, if you came from our Telegram bot, by Telegram. The lessons stream on youngface.online and cannot be downloaded. Access lasts for the period shown on the product page, counted from the date of purchase.
For personal use only: please do not share your access or copy the lessons.
Change of mind: write to us within 3 days of payment and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
After 3 days we refund you in full if you cannot access your course, it does not work, or it is not as described, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of your report.
How to ask for a refund:
Immediate access and the 14-day withdrawal right (EU and UK buyers). By ticking the box at checkout you expressly request that we start delivering the digital content right away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. We confirm your request and acknowledgement in your access e-mail. Your 3-day refund above still applies.
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer law of your country, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
The courses teach self-care practices. They are not medical advice or treatment, and results vary. If you have a health condition or any doubt, consult a doctor before you start.

To deliver the courses, the seller and the author process your name, e-mail address and payment status. To deliver access and to handle refund and payment disputes, we also keep records of your purchase and use of the courses (checkout details, IP address, access e-mails sent, lesson opens and your messages to our bot) for 18 months. Stripe processes your card data. We do not sell your data.

New Zealand law governs these terms; disputes we cannot settle by e-mail go to New Zealand courts.
